Time Concepts, LLC is not responsible for items delivered but not received by the customer.

All orders ship to USA addresses via "standard" method for free - Time Concepts will ship via the method they determine offers the best rate and insurance. This can include UPS, Fed Ex or USPS (First Class or Priority).

For destinations outside the USA, shipping options and estimated delivery times are available.  These delivery times are estimates only and Time Concepts is not responsible for late deliveries.

Shipments may require an adult signature for delivery.
