Refund policy
Time Concepts' Policies: PLEASE READ AS THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT
Returns:
Time Concepts has a 30 day return / exchange policy. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused/unworn. Upon delivery, inspect the watch carefully. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us at info@timeconcepts.net to arrange a return. Do not discard any of the original watch packaging (watch box including outer protective sleeve, instruction booklet, etc.). All original packaging must be included and returned with the watch.
To complete your return, contact us at info@timeconcepts.net for a return authorization number. Returns without an authorization number will be refused. We require a copy of the receipt/proof of purchase that was received with your shipment.
Once your return is received and thoroughly inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If we cannot accept your watch because of its condition or packaging condition, we will contact you to make arrangements to return the watch to you or negotiate a partial refund or merchandise credit (all at Time Concepts' discretion).
There are certain situations where no refund or only partial refunds are granted: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts or packaging for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 30 days after the date of purchase.
Late or missing refunds:
If we have approved your refund and you haven’t received it after a complete billing cycle of your payment provider, please contact us at info@timeconcepts.net.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, first send us an email at info@timeconcepts.net and if directed send your item along with the Return Authorization number provided to: 6140 W Corporal Lane, Boise, Idaho, 83704
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be aware of the return.
Returning Your Watch:
You should consider using a shipping service that offers tracking and proof of delivery or purchasing shipping insurance. Time Concepts does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will only provide a refund or exchange if your returned item is received.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping:
All shipments require an adult signature for delivery. Time Concepts, LLC is not responsible for items delivered but not received by the customer.
All orders ship to USA addresses via "standard" method for free - Time Concepts will ship via the method they determine offers the best rate and insurance. This can include UPS, Fed Ex and USPS. For destinations outside the USA, shipping options and estimated delivery times are available. These delivery times are estimates only and Time Concepts is not responsible for late deliveries.
Undeliverable Items:
If your order is returned to us (for whatever reason) and the shipping address was correct (matches the address on the order), the item will be restocked and the payment (less a restocking fee of $20) refunded. The customer may then re-order the watch by placing a new order on the website. New orders will at the current price shown.
Worn Watches:
If your watch has been worn or is no longer in unused condition, it is not eligible for return or exchange. For all repairs, send your watch to the authorized service center:

The specifics of the warranty coverage can be found in the booklet you received with your watch or on the Brand's website. All warranty repairs must be sent to the authorized service center. No repairs will be accepted at the Time Concepts' office.
